SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

CLARECHEN provides shipping to all destinations.
All prices show on the site have the shipping cost included. Orders of in-stock
merchandise are processed and shipped from our side within 3 days of receipt
of order. For International standard delivery time is 7 to 20 business days from
date of shipment. It varies with the countries.

We take care to ensure that the items are free of defects in materials and
workmanship before shipment.

If the items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation of an order will only be accepted before the shipment.
CLARECHEN trusts you will be satisfied with the merchandises that you
purchase from our site and have read the ordering policy before you make
order. Therefore, we only accept return if the products arrived damaged for a
refund within 30 days of recepit of order. Shipping fees (initial shipping cost) are
non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Opened or
washed merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange For exchange
due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a
replacement product back to you. We shall not be liable for damage or expense
arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of use of the item.

ORDER TRACKING

A receipt of your order and shipping confirmation email will be sent once your
order has been processed and shipped. This confirmation will include the
tracking number for your package.
